Paralegal in Weaver’s Tax Controversy team assisting the Head of Tax Controversy in resolving tax disputes across industries. Responsibilities include drafting responses to tax authorities, developing response templates, conducting tax and legal research and analysis, liaising with clients and tax authorities, maintaining client response files and deadlines, supporting administrative tasks, and drafting external tax content. Strong organization, MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- College degree, plus 2-4 years paralegal experience.
