Job Summary
Corporate Paralegal for a Southwest Florida real estate developer—on-site role supporting the corporate office with lease administration for a mixed portfolio (retail tenant and landlord dealings). Primary duties include drafting leases and amendments, preparing extensions and estoppels, managing filing systems for real estate documents, tracking critical lease dates (renewals, terminations, use clauses, sales kick-outs), coordinating insurance certificates, supervising preparation and routing of real estate documents, and providing legal support in leasing meetings. Requires 3+ years of experience in retail lease administration and prior experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department. Location: Estero, FL (onsite).
