Job Summary
The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle and supporting corporate governance functions. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in corporate paralegal or legal administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3–7 years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm
- Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and contract administration
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Hospitality or Entertainment industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CLM systems, e-signature, and e-billing tools
