Job Summary

Senior Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel in transactional real estate work including acquisitions/disposition, financing, and construction management. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading documents, establishing and maintaining contract templates, organizing closing documents, assisting with presentation materials, coordinating with outside counsel and General Contractors, managing legal transaction and construction calendars, invoice tracking and lender documentation for draws, and assisting with regulatory compliance (Planning and Zoning, Building Department, City and County Commissioners). Requires an Associate’s Degree or higher as a Paralegal and 10+ years of paralegal experience in real estate development or construction; strong organizational, proofreading, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience as Paralegal

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proofread complex contractual language with attention to detail
