Job Summary
Lead and direct the administration of all contracts through the contract life cycle, including tracking negotiation status and maintaining the contract database. Liaise with internal clients on transmittal and review processes while assisting in the preparation, review, drafting, and negotiation of agreements between the company and its customers. Organize records of executed agreements and other legal documents, and prepare demand letters and pre-litigation support documentation as required. Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities in contract management and administration. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years' experience in contract management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contract management and administration
- Understanding of contractual agreement types, contract verbiage and the underlying risks and obligations
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to take initiative and accountability
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize significant workload and timely respond to requests in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
