Job Summary
Corporate Paralegal role in Vancouver at a well-established business law firm. Key duties include assisting with corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, dissolutions), preparing and reviewing corporate documents and governance materials, conducting due diligence searches, coordinating execution and closing of transactions (including electronic signatures), maintaining corporate records and minute books, handling annual filings and director/officer changes, supporting firm-wide projects, and providing broad support to the corporate group. Requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, an accredited paralegal program, strong corporate/commercial law experience (securities or real estate a plus), independent file management, and proficiency with MS Office, document management, e-signature platforms, and registry systems. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Paralegal program
- 3–5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm environment
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial law; securities or real estate experience is an asset
- Ability to manage files independently from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with legal and business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems, e-signature platforms, and registry systems)

- High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential matters
