Job Summary
Support the Legal Department on corporate, regulatory, transactional, governance, entity management, contract review, risk management, claims, and litigation matters. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to serve clinical, operational, business, corporate, and executive teams within fast-paced, heavily regulated healthcare sectors. Manage privileged and confidential information while overseeing multiple time-sensitive projects with strong organizational and time management skills. Requires 5+ years of legal services experience, significant healthcare contract review background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher-level degree
- 5+ years of legal services experience in a law firm or in-house legal department in relevant area(s)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Significant healthcare and/or commercial contract review experience
- Experience in United States healthcare regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of healthcare legal and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous time- sensitive projects
- Ability to appropriately manage privileged and confidential information
- Team-oriented collaborative approach to client service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, and legal management systems/processes, data and record keeping
