Support the capital markets team across the full lifecycle of transactions by preparing and organizing offering documents, managing signature pages, and coordinating with underwriters and their counsel. Conduct corporate and regulatory research, maintain transaction checklists, and manage closing processes while assisting with translation of legal documents between Japanese and English. Facilitate communication between Japanese-speaking and English-speaking team members and clients. Requires 2 to 5 years of paralegal experience, bilingual fluency in Japanese and English, and familiarity with US securities filing requirements. Reports to senior associates and partners within the equity capital markets team.
