Job Summary
Hybrid Corporate Operations Specialist in Ottawa area responsible for document control, contract administration, and operational coordination across multiple stakeholders. Roles include maintaining a fit-for-purpose document control system, supporting contract administration activities (deliverables tracking, invoicing, change management, RFIs), maintaining contract registers and logs, and coordinating procurement support with engineering to align forecasts and schedules. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience with project documentation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; collaboration with COO, project leadership, and engineering is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, project administration, procurement, commercial management, or a related role.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing project documentation, records, logs, and correspondence
