Job Summary
Answer and manage all incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct deliveries for the Corporate Office switchboard. Provide administrative support for Operations, including invoice processing, vendor portal access, and building maintenance ticketing. Maintain security by monitoring electronic logs, issuing visitor badges, and managing access cards and keys. Respond to select Branch and corporate office requests for security passes and assist in managing emergency procedures. Review and process Facility/Branch vendor invoices for Manager approval. Work onsite Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the St. Catharines Corporate Office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, switchboard, and administrative functions
- Extensive knowledge of Encore
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- This role is fully onsite Monday to Friday at our St. Catharines Corporate Office
- Office Location: This role is in office from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at our St. Catharines Corporate office located at 75 Corporate Park Drive
