Job Summary
Develop and implement headquarter account growth strategies for automotive national accounts; identify market trends and growth opportunities, manage pipeline for high-value accounts, and drive strategic negotiations with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA/SOP compliance and a world-class customer experience. Represent the client at meetings and events to strengthen brand presence, collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Finance to support sales and account maintenance, and optimize CRM usage to support pipeline management in a hybrid Ogden, UT setting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B sales
- Experience in managing complex accounts at a headquarter level to achieve revenue/margin targets
- Experience in contracts, pricing, negotiation, and enforcing terms
- Knowledge of industrial, automotive, and commercial vehicle industries a plus
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex, multi-step processes
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communications skills
