Senior Corporate M&A Attorney responsible for advising on complex corporate and commercial matters, managing full lifecycle of M&A transactions from due diligence through post-closing integration, drafting and negotiating purchase, merger, and shareholder agreements, overseeing transaction documents, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, client-focused solutions in a prestigious corporate-law setting.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Bar admission in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus)
- Minimum of 5+ years of sophisticated corporate/M&A experience, preferably in a BigLaw or reputable corporate law firm
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
