Operate as a 1099 contractor, choosing when to work and which orders to deliver. Catering orders arrive the day prior; on-demand pay averages $12 per delivery, with catering pay starting at $15 per order and averaging $20–$27 per order. Requires insulated delivery bags and professional conduct; uniform polo shirt and pants provided. Primary markets listed include Tampa/Brandon and surrounding areas.
