Job Summary
Manage audio hardware, software, and tools onsite to ensure all production elements are tested and show ready for assigned events. Act as main show operator for live and hybrid events, proactively setting up and tearing down systems while monitoring workflow infrastructure reliability. Design, upgrade, and maintain audio systems, building positive relationships with clients, venues, and vendors. Assist with system design, provide specs, and coordinate with rental vendors to fulfill equipment requirements. Travel up to four times monthly and maintain flexibility for evening, weekend, and last-minute schedule changes. Perform quarterly inventory audits, report damages immediately, and escalate issues to project leads.
