Job Summary
Manage corporate transactions, litigation, immigration, mergers & acquisitions, and family law matters. Conduct legal research and draft briefs for attorneys, clients, and judicial bodies. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings. Review and refine complex legal documents, including contracts. Negotiate contracts and resolve legal disputes. Identify and mitigate legal risks to prevent costly litigation. Perform due diligence on contracts, agreements, and mergers & acquisitions. Requires 1-3 years as a practicing attorney with an active Tennessee State license and JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
