Job Summary
The Corporate Lending Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of global corporate clients, focusing on the origination and execution of complex, large lending transactions. Key responsibilities include commercial and credit analysis, end-to-end transaction execution, performing documentation due diligence, and ongoing portfolio management. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of financial sector experience, particularly in corporate credit, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the financial sector, preferably in a corporate credit role
- Working knowledge of capital markets transactions
- Proficient in financial and credit analysis
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of working independently
- Experience in the documentation (and due diligence) process involved in transactions completion
- General working knowledge of all corporate banking products
- Aptitude to quickly pick up product skills
