Job Summary
Corporate Legal Assistant to support 3 senior associates in the entertainment/music practice group in West Los Angeles; responsibilities include coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking transaction negotiations and documents, handling document management in iManage, word processing with proper grammar/spelling/formatting, creating spreadsheets, scheduling calls/meetings, processing new client/matter requests, maintaining calendars, entering billable time and preparing expense reports, screening and prioritizing calls.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant working in an Entertainment law firm is REQUIRED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, iManage or other document management system
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant working in an Entertainment law firm
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, iManage or other document management system
