Job Summary
Corporate Learning Trainer at KLA delivering high-quality learning experiences for employees and managers across the organization. Responsibilities include delivering Corporate Learning Center (CLC) courses both virtually and in person, facilitating team development workshops, providing 1:1 coaching, and contributing to instructional design and content development. Must proficiently facilitate course material updates, partner with Workday Learning teams for LMS scheduling and attendance, and collaborate with managers/HRBPs to tailor solutions. Qualifications include experience in Learning & Development within a semiconductor/manufacturing context, excellent verbal/written English, strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, ability to engage diverse audiences, travel willingness between KLA offices, and a Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or engineering/technical degrees with relevant experience).
