Job Summary
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding company registration processes, requirements, and legal implications. Prepare and review necessary legal documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Act as the company's attorney in court and liaise with relevant government agencies. Stay updated on legal changes and inform clients of updates affecting registration. Requires a Bachelor's degree in law, three to five years of experience, a lawyer's license, and litigation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Holding at least a Bachelors Degree of Law
- 3 to 5 years experience in law firm/legal consulting firm
- Some experience in litigation
- Lawyer License
- Good personality
- negotiation skill
- Good English communication
