Job Summary
Maintain the day-to-day affairs of a portfolio of client companies by drafting standard legal documents, handling director appointments, and coordinating incorporations and share transfers. Review third-party legal documents, monitor compliance files, and convene board meetings to prepare minutes. Liaise directly with internal accountants, tax advisors, and notaries while monitoring transactions against applicable policies and procedures. Serve internal and external clients by delivering high-quality legal services within agreed deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years experience operating in a legal account management function
- experience operating in a legal account management function
- fiduciary services company in the Netherlands
- Master Degree in Dutch corporate and/or tax law
- thorough understanding of Dutch corporate law
- fluent English in word & writing
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures
- excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
- ability to put client service at the centre of everything he/she does
- ability to build relationships within the organization as well as with clients and their advisors
