Job Summary
Manage end-to-end corporate transactions, including sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, and business structuring. Provide practical, commercial advice to a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to larger corporates while building trusted relationships. Efficiently manage competing workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring clear communication of complex legal issues. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a reputable law firm
- specific focus in general corporate, corporate advisory and/or M&A work
- experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment
- effectively communicating with clients
- Strong track record of managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
- Confident in direct client engagement
- Providing practical, commercial advice
- Building trusted client relationships
- Explaining complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
