Job Summary
Part-Time IT Technician I at Mikhail Education provides Tier 1 IT support across campuses (CA main focus; NV and TX remote). Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues, logging and tracking service tickets, performing basic diagnostics and escalating when needed, setting up and configuring workstations, printers, phones, and peripherals, maintaining IT documentation and inventory, supporting users with general technology questions, and following IT security policies. The role involves indoor, office-based work with potential lifting up to 25 lbs and may require travel.
