Corporate IT Systems Specialist

Corporate IT Systems Specialist delivers high-quality end-user IT support and operational excellence for Restaurant Support Center team members, executive leadership, remote employees, and field personnel. Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Windows PCs, Macs, mobile devices, Teams Rooms, printers/copiers, AV/conference room tech, and related technologies; maintain asset lifecycle, inventory, and device provisioning from onboarding to refreshes. Responsibilities include configuring, imaging, deploying, and reimaging laptops and Macs; coordinating shipping, receiving, and tracking IT assets; ensuring timely asset returns and compliance with asset-management standards. Supports IT initiatives, after-hours activities, and other duties as assigned. Requires strong customer service, professionalism, problem-solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; experience with Office 365/Microsoft 365 tools, endpoint configuration, ITIL/ITSM familiarity (e.g., ServiceNow), and VIP/executive support are preferred, along with basic networking, security best practices, and AV/Conference room tech support.
