Job Summary
Associate in Trade Operations will allocate daily transactions to Processors and monitor progress, perform end-of-day reconciliation to ensure bookings are accurate and timely, provide technical guidance and training to Processors on complex transactions, participate in projects and ad hoc events, investigate and resolve customer inquiries, ensure timely and accurate handling of customer inquiries, review unit processes and propose improvements, and produce PBOC/SAFE/NFRA reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Trade Finance working experience at foreign bank
- Solid understanding of PBOC/SAFE/NFRA regulation
- Deep knowledge of UCP Rules, international trade and OFAC regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good customer contact techniques
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
