Job Summary
Finance Management Associate within the Digital & Platform Services – Wholesale Lending Services division, responsible for financial oversight, forecasting, budgeting coordination, variance analysis, and reporting to Senior Management. Role involves developing centralized processes and dashboards, driving process improvements and automation, and supporting strategic projects with strong data skills (Alteryx). Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of experience, plus proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and excellent communication. Collaborative partner across Business, Finance, and P&A Teams with ability to challenge peers and senior leaders constructively. Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance and Planning
- Strong technical data capabilities, particularly in Alteryx, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations and financial models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player respected as a trusted partner across Business, Finance, and P&A Teams
