Corporate Investigations Counsel Manager

Job Summary
Lead, conduct, and oversee Corporate Investigations arising from alleged misconduct reported through Accenture's CoBE channels. Define investigation scope, review documentation, develop investigative plans, and conduct interviews while managing legally privileged matters under attorney direction. Compile status reports, recommend remedial measures, and draft analyses addressing risks of misconduct. Advise organizational and HR leadership on risk mitigation and collaborate with internal and external resources to resolve allegations. Train and support attorneys and investigative personnel, stay abreast of legal developments, and promptly escalate matters to Regional Leads for oversight. Develop internal guidelines on CI-investigation issues and influence senior executive management decisions regarding sensitive ethical and compliance matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law or Higher degree
- Minimum 7 years' experience in conducting workplace/POSH and other investigations
- Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant legal function, employment law/litigation/disputes experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience and demonstrated capability in conducting and supervising investigations (including compliance-related investigations, employment investigations, POSH, and governmental investigations)
- Experience and demonstrated capability in drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership on such risks
- In-depth knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations (including POSH, LGBTQIA+, PWD, HIV et al), and related laws
- Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations
- Ability to significantly influence senior executive management decisions
- Ability to present careful, balanced, objective, lawful and well-reasoned solutions
- Excellent oral and written communications

- Employment Law Experience is preferred but not mandatory
