Job Summary

Lead and oversee Corporate Investigations arising from misconduct allegations reported through Accenture's channels. Define investigation scope, review documentation, and develop plans for legally privileged inquiries. Conduct interviews, compile status reports, and implement remedial measures while advising leadership on associated legal risks. Collaborate with internal and external resources to resolve misconduct or improper process allegations. Train investigative personnel, draft analyses addressing compliance risks, and consult HR leadership on investigation nature and remediation. Stay abreast of legal developments regarding reporting and accused rights, and promptly escalate matters to Regional Leads for oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Law or Higher degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in conducting workplace/POSH and other investigations
  • 10 – 15 years' experience in relevant legal function, employment law/litigation/disputes experience
  • fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience and demonstrated capability in conducting and supervising investigations (including compliance-related investigations, employment investigations, POSH, and governmental investigations)
  • Experience and demonstrated capability in drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership on such risks
  • In-depth knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations (including POSH, LGBTQIA+, PWD, HIV et al), and related laws
  • Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Ability to significantly influence senior executive management decisions
  • Ability to present careful, balanced, objective, lawful and well-reasoned solutions
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence, strong executive presence
  • Excellent oral and written communications

Desired Qualifications

  • Employment Law Experience is preferred but not mandatory
