Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of clients by providing quality day-to-day service and administering existing insurance contracts in compliance with Marsh standards. Answer client requests regarding insurance renewals, modifications, or consultancy services, while resolving account issues and ensuring accurate messaging. Participate in client and prospect meetings to identify and pursue new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects. Requires at least three years of insurance or brokerage experience, a bachelor's degree, and fluent Romanian and English skills. Full-time permanent role with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days remote) and an attractive benefits package including medical and travel insurance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage
- Bachelor Degree in Business
- Fluent Romanian
- English (B2)
- Computer proficient
