Job Summary
Support experienced bankers in engaging with PNC's client base across Commercial, Corporate, Healthcare, and Public Finance segments. Assist in structuring loans, underwriting transactions, and managing loan portfolios while developing deep understanding of the product suite. Observe and explore advising, managing, and servicing customer relationships in diverse business segments including Food and Beverage, Technology, and Chemicals. Participate in a structured 10-week program featuring classroom learning, case studies, and social learning through mentoring and job shadowing. Work under supervision with limited approval authority while applying knowledge to drive business results.
