Job Summary
Corporate Inspection Technician with 5+ years in fire protection, NICET Level II certification (Level III preferred) and licensing readiness within 60 days. Responsibilities include inspecting and testing fire protection systems (fire sprinkler, fire alarm, portable extinguishers, backflow preventers, fixed extinguishing systems), coordinating inspections, documenting results via electronic reports (Profit Zoom), communicating discrepancies and repairs to customers, marketing additional services, and training technicians. Requires travel, safety focus, and commitment to delivering quality service. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the fire protection trade
- minimum Level II NICET certification in Inspection Testing & Maintenance of Water-Based Systems (Level III preferred)
- Licensing or ability to be licensed within 60 days for fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, portable fire extinguishers, backflow preventers, and fixed extinguishing systems
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
