Job Summary
HR Generalist role supporting full-cycle HR across a multi-state, multi-brand hotel portfolio. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding for hourly and non-management roles, onboarding experience, HRIS administration (ADP Workforce Now), benefits administration, leave and compliance across Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, and North Carolina, employee relations, investigations, and training coordination. In-office at the Dallas corporate office with periodic hotel-property travel; supports corporate HR operations, policy updates, and reports, and interacts with a Corporate Director of HR. Strong organizational, confidential handling, and communication skills required; familiarity with hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt) and multi-location HR processes preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible HR experience; hotel or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of federal employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and EEO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
