Job Summary
HR Coordinator role providing hands-on HR coordination across onboarding, HRIS administration (Workday/UKG/Oracle), compliance, reporting, and employee engagement; acts as Chesterfield on-site HR contact and supports HR IT/payroll teams, with a mix of on-site and one-day-per-week remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of HRIS , HR Coordinator or HR Operations experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG Pro, PeopleSoft, etc. preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic document management systems
