Job Summary
Execute HR programs including performance management, succession planning, conflict management, and employee relations. Partner with corporate department heads to understand talent strategies and collaborate with COEs to activate high-impact solutions. Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount management, and compliance while coaching stakeholders and developing direct reports. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with the execution of performance management, succession planning, coaching, employee relations, internal mobility, retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent development and compliance programs
- Track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders at all levels of a fast-growing organization
- Experience with a wide range of HR, critical thinking, and business advisory skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading and developing direct reports a plus
- Prior managerial experience is preferred
