Job Summary
Corporate HSE Manager leads the development and enforcement of AEW’s Health, Safety, and Environment framework across existing assets and new projects from construction through operation. Responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting site audits, risk assessments, emergency response planning, and training; investigating incidents and maintaining records; ensuring compliance with local and international HSE regulations; coordinating with regulators and external stakeholders; and leading knowledge-sharing through RoE and Lessons Learned processes to drive continuous safety and environmental improvement across projects and assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 10+ years proven experience as an HSE Manager at corporate level for construction and/or development companies
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable
- Relevant auditing certification
