Job Summary

Oversee all human resource functions of a facility, providing strategic direction in talent, culture, and operational excellence. Acts as a safety leader, supports workforce initiatives, ensures data integrity in Workday, handles employee inquiries, delivers annual trainings (e.g., union avoidance, anti-harassment, core values), guides leaders on performance coaching and development plans, leads workforce planning and organizational design efforts, conducts employee investigations and terminations as needed, partners with business leaders as a member of the leadership team, may lead HR programs and company-wide projects, and supports the HR service delivery model while building a world-class organization aligned with Amcor’s values and Total Rewards. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of HR experience; PHR certification is preferred.
