Corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager

HSE Manager responsible for implementing and continuously improving health and safety programs across active project sites in the Edmonton area. Leads safety professionals, develops and implements HSE systems, provides training, and mentors staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies. Role involves coaching, participating in safety audits and incident investigations, preparing safety documentation for tenders, and engaging with clients and regulatory bodies. Travel expected (<50%), in-office role reporting to VP of Operations, with no direct reports but collaboration with project teams and senior leadership. Requires a related post-secondary/engineering background (asset) and a minimum of 7 years of HSE leadership experience in industrial settings.
