Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for the management of occupational and non-occupational health conditions within JPMorgan Chase Health Services, adhering to evidence-based protocols. Manage work accommodations and ergonomic case requests, coordinate health promotion initiatives (screenings, assessments, counseling/education, immunizations, travel consultations), and document encounters in the electronic health record with confidentiality. Develop effective employee relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold OSHA/safety/environmental guidelines. Demonstrate urgency in a fast-paced corporate environment and operate in-person five days a week (8am-5pm) across assigned clinics in Tampa, FL. Requires active RN license, BSN, BLS, and 5+ years of nursing experience (3+ in ER/CC/occupational health/ambulatory settings). Preferred certifications in Occupational Health, Ambulatory Care, Case Management, or Health Coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state(s) of employment/practice
- multi-state/compact/other state RN License as required
- current BLS certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- 5+ years of nursing experience
- 3 years of nursing experience in emergency room, critical care, occupational health, urgent care or ambulatory clinic environment(s)
- proficiency in electronic health record software and Microsoft Applications
- knowledge of case management (work accommodations and ergonomics), workers' compensation and governmental regulations
- strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- ability to work in-person five days a week 8am-5pm, rotate across clinics
