Job Summary
Corporate Group Sales Manager responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals in Corporate Group and individual business transient markets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, solicit and secure new business, manage key relationships, and identify target markets. Lead promotions, collaborate with Sales Team, participate in trade shows and industry events, conduct client visits and site inspections, and oversee proposals and contracts to meet client needs and financial goals. Travel required; strong focus on account development, market trend analysis, and maintaining a leadership position in a competitive hospitality landscape.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience/training (preferred)
- 4-year degree and hotel experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience in Corporate market segment
- Knowledge of advanced sales techniques & yield management
- Strong customer service skills
- Delphi or other Sales & Catering software experience preferred
