Job Summary
Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, board processes, and best practices. Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including bylaws, charters, policies, resolutions, and committee materials. Support public company compliance obligations, including proxy statements, annual meetings, SEC filings, and disclosure requirements. Oversee entity management, corporate records, and subsidiary governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards. Requires 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation with a strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, proxy rules, and board governance practices. Must be actively licensed and in good standing in Ontario or Alberta.

- Actively licensed and in good standing in Ontario or Alberta
- Employment with Axiom may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check
