Job Summary
Coordinate board and committee meetings; prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take minutes; maintain governance records, bylaws, charters, and compliance documents; track regulatory filings and deadlines; assist in drafting and updating governance policies and procedures; support communication between board members, senior management, and shareholders; ensure timely SEC filings for company officers; assist with reporting and governance-related inquiries; support internal audits and governance reporting for leadership and regulatory bodies; develop knowledge base to ensure CG requirements including SEC compliance; perform other duties as directed by CGO or CFO.
