Job Summary
Manage strategic corporate accounts by developing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for a portfolio of 70 to 100 partners while consistently meeting annual fundraising goals. Identify and qualify new prospects to secure corporate sponsors, leveraging employee engagement strategies and corporate matches to grow engagement. Represent LifeMoves internally and externally by coordinating volunteer events, managing logistics for employee fundraisers, and delivering accurate public recognition for sponsors. Write custom proposals and stewardship reports to maintain donor relationships, ensuring records are up to date with every touch point.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of successful fundraising experience securing gifts of $10,000 or more
- Proven track record of developing long-term corporate partnerships
- Knowledge of the Silicon Valley philanthropic community
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid California driver's license with a safe DMV record
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Satisfactory results of a background check
