Job Summary
Skillz is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to own the financial planning engine, translate strategic ambitions into financial plans, manage the FP&A calendar, and lead cost budgeting and headcount planning. Responsibilities include setting up processes for subsidiary relationships, delivering month-end and quarter-end board presentations, performing ad hoc analyses, and driving data-driven insights. Key competencies include cost modeling, stakeholder ownership, data fluency, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) and data tools (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau). Minimum 6 years in FP&A with a Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Economics preferred); on-site role in Las Vegas, NV, USA; travelLess than 10%. Total starting compensation is $152,000 (base + bonus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or Economics)
- 6+ years FP&A experience
- SQL experience or interest
- Knowledge of Snowflake; Tableau experience a plus
- Netsuite or similar ERP systems
