Job Summary
Intern in Corporate FP&A to support workforce planning, payroll budgeting, and data integration efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting/forecasting of payroll and employee-related expenses; maintaining headcount rosters and data models for financial forecasting; analyzing budget-to-actual variances in salaries, bonuses, benefits, and equity compensation; monitoring data integrations between Workday and Adaptive Planning; conducting data quality audits and reconciliations; creating and maintaining reports/dashboards in Google Sheets and Adaptive Planning; and collaborating across Finance, HR, and People Analytics to improve automation and efficiency. Skills emphasized include corporate finance concepts, data systems and models (Workday/Adaptive Planning), advanced Google Sheets/Excel, strong organizational/communication abilities, growth mindset, and a remote-work setup.
