Job Summary
Corporate FP&A Finance Analyst focused on customer profitability reporting, forecasting, and KPI reporting within a Fortune 500 tech environment. Role emphasizes cleansing and reconciliation of large datasets to ensure accurate financial insights, development of forecasting processes and P&L reporting, KPI frameworks, and interactive Power BI dashboards. Collaboration with Business Units and Finance teams to understand data sources, requirements, and reporting needs, plus proactive data analysis to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business, 2+ years analytics experience, strong Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Oracle ERP familiarity, and ability to work in a hybrid setup in Belgrade.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business analytics or a similar analytical role
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills
- Power BI experience for interactive dashboards and reporting
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP system and understanding of financial and operational data flows
