Corporate Formation Specialist (Russian Speaker)

Job Summary
Conduct corporate formation for clients across UAE free zones and jurisdictions, including LLCs, IBCs, and branch incorporations. Manage license renewals and propose tailored alternatives while executing KYC and compliance procedures for banks and authorities. Assist clients in launching operations by streamlining visa, permit, and bank account processes, alongside specialized PRO services for labor and immigration departments. Requires high-level Russian and English proficiency, minimum three years of UAE corporate services experience, and current UAE residency. Competitive compensation includes medical insurance, 30 days annual leave, and annual home country air ticket allowance.
Required Qualifications
- excellent command of verbal and written Russian and English at the high language level
- Work experience of min 3+ years in UAE in corporate services industry, company formation and bank accounts opening
- Knowledgeable in business setup laws and regulations in UAE
- Currently based in the UAE
