Job Summary
Develop long-term financial models, business forecasts, and budgets while analyzing performance to identify improvement areas. Conduct feasibility studies, valuation analysis using DCF and comparable companies, and evaluate CAPEX projects for investment opportunities. Execute financing strategies by preparing documentation for banks and investors, supporting negotiations, and monitoring loan covenants. Assist in M&A transactions, due diligence, and restructuring activities while assessing liquidity, FX, and interest rate risks. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board, liaising with auditors, advisors, and financial institutions. Requires 5–8 years of corporate finance experience and strong modeling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strategic thinking
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
