Job Summary
Manage discrete workstreams with increasing independence on structured finance, asset-backed securitization, and derivatives matters, proactively advancing complex transactions across New York, Charlotte, or Los Angeles. Collaborate effectively with partners and cross-border teams to handle competing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment. Demonstrate strong judgment and organizational skills while managing matters requiring early responsibility and close collaboration. Membership in, or eligibility for admission to the New York, North Carolina, or California Bar is required. Base salary ranges from $235,000 to $365,000 annually, with eligibility for performance bonuses and standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience in esoteric asset backed securitization
- Exceptional candidates with more or less experience will also be considered
- Membership in, or eligibility for admission to the New York, North Carolina, or California Bar
- A resume/CV and law school transcript (or the equivalent)
- A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Be a member of the Bar in the United States

- Relevant finance-related experience is preferred, including structured finance, leveraged finance, asset finance, banking, project finance or fund finance, or experience in tax
