Job Summary
Lead debt and equity financing initiatives, including bank loans, bond issuances, and private placements. Develop financial models to evaluate funding options and conduct feasibility studies, NPV/IRR analyses, and risk assessments for new projects and acquisitions. Negotiate terms with lenders, investors, and financial institutions while maintaining relationships with shareholders and banks. Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning, preparing board-level reports on performance and liquidity. Advise on M&A opportunities, divestment, and portfolio optimization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Implement robust internal controls and governance frameworks. Present financial strategies and project updates to senior leadership and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance
- proven track record in fundraising and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Argus, Bloomberg)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems
- Deep understanding of real estate cycles
- Deep understanding of property valuation
- Deep understanding of development finance
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Strong presentation abilities
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- MBA/CFA/CPA preferred
