Job Summary
Manage and execute real estate capital raises (debt & equity), ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. Analyse and evaluate real estate development and investment funding opportunities, preparing investment memorandums, option reports, and recommendations to support institutional, private equity, and private clients. Source new deals and contribute to strategic growth by creating compelling business cases while building relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and Deloitte's global network to maximise opportunities. This role sits within the market-leading real estate and infrastructure team in Ireland, offering exposure to high-stakes mergers, acquisitions, and complex restructurings.
Required Qualifications
- More than 3 years' experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector
- Ideally within corporate finance/ banking/ investment banking/ family office or similar environment
- Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to evaluate complex funding and investment opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to produce clear, compelling business cases and client documentation
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to originate, manage, and execute multiple processes/projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with both colleagues and clients
- ACA / CFA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
- ACA / CFA / ACCA qualified or equivalent is preferable
