Job Summary
Develop long-term corporate financial projections and maintain accurate financial projection systems while consolidating business plans with leadership to refine assumptions and ensure alignment. Prepare detailed executive and board reports, track critical financial metrics, and enable value-creating decisions supported by relevant analytics. Identify process enhancements to improve efficiency within the financial planning and analysis function, partnering with IT and business units to champion automation, AI adoption, and advanced reporting optimization. Adhere strictly to disciplined planning calendars and Finance reporting standards to meet all deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of corporate FP&A, financial statement analysis, and forecasting and planning
- Outstanding communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to executives and the board
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a strong process orientation
- Proficiency in financial systems and modeling tools
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Strong analytical skills with a diligent approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Knowledge of AI-enabled efficiency, automation, and analytics tools
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate-level qualification in Finance or Business
- Outstanding business competence and financial skill with a deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics
